His parents’ union lasted from October 3, 1944, until 1980 when his mother Patti Palmer filed for a divorce. Scott Anthony Lewis’ father Jerry Lewis openly had relationships with other women and gave unapologetic interviews about his infidelity. By 1983, the divorce was finalized. He is not the only child of his parents. Scott Anthony has four biological siblings and two half-siblings.

According to PEOPLE, the will, written in 2012 states; “I have intentionally excluded Gary Lewis, Ronald Lewis, Anthony Joseph Lewis, Christopher Joseph Lewis, Scott Anthony Lewis, and Joseph Christopher Lewis and their descendants as beneficiaries of my estate, it being my intention that they shall receive no benefits hereunder”.
Jerry Lewis died at his home in Las Vegas, Nevada, on August 20, 2017, at the age of 91. The cause of his death was end-stage cardiac disease and peripheral artery disease. His daughter Danielle, who was working as the comedian’s manager, confirmed that “he passed peacefully at home of natural causes with his loving family at his side.”
Scott Anthony Lewis lost his mother Patti Palmer on January 15, 2021, in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. She died at the age of 99 years. Patti Palmer also didn’t inherit anything from Jerry Lewis.
