Julie Lebiedzinski is the wife of John Fogerty. Lebiedzinski’s husband, John Fogerty is an American musician, singer, and songwriter. Together with Doug Clifford, Stu Cook, and his brother Tom Fogerty, Julie Lebiedzinski’s husband founded the band Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR), for which he was the lead singer, lead guitarist, and principal songwriter. The group had nine top-10 singles and eight gold albums between 1968 and 1972, and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1993.

How did John Fogerty and his wife Lebiedzinski meet? Well, Fogerty met Julie Kramer in 1986 while on tour in Indianapolis, Indiana. In Fogerty’s biography, “Fortunate Son,” the singer revealed how Lebiedzinski blew his mind away; she was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen.

The singer went on to tell how Lebiedzinski made the first move and approached him and requested to shake his hand. Later, the two got acquainted before Fogerty offered to buy her a drink. When they met, Lebiedzinski was in the process of finalizing her divorce, while Fogerty had a rocky relationship with a woman named Martha.

This made it easier for them to fall for each other. “Julie is my fairy-tale princess, and it will always be that way for the rest of eternity,” Fogerty confessed in his book. On 20 April 1991, the couple decided to take their love to another level and got married in a beautiful ceremony in the presence of their friends, family, and loved ones.

Their beautiful union has been blessed with two sons (Shane Fogerty and Tyler Fogerty ) and a daughter (Kelsy Fogerty ). Julie had a daughter, Lyndsay, from a previous marriage. Much information is not available about her previous marriage. She only came into the limelight after her marriage to John Fogerty.

Julie Lebiedzinski’s son Shane is into guitar and also vocals just like the father and her other son, Tyler is into vocals. Both sons now appear with their father in concert. All three of her youngest children appear in their father John Fogerty‘s YouTube channel videos.

The couple has been married for more than 30 years and counting. To celebrate their love Fogerty took to his Instagram page to share their beautiful love story. The post read, “32 years ago today, John and Julie were married in Bristol, Indiana. Happy wedding anniversary! May your love continue to grow stronger with each passing year,” alongside a throwback photo of the couple on their wedding day. As of 2020, they live in Thousand Oaks, California.
