Alyxandra Beatris Brown is the daughter of Georg Stanford Brown and Tyne Daly. Alyxandra Beatris Brown’s father Stanford Brown is an American actor and director who is best known as one of the stars of the ABC police television series The Rookies from 1972 to 1976 playing the character of Officer Terry Webster. He is also known for playing Henri Philipot in The Comedians (1967) and Theon Gibson in Dayton’s Devils.

Alyxandra’s mother, Tyne Daly is an American actress. For her contribution to the industry she has won numerous accolades including six Emmy Awards for her television work and a Tony Award and is a 2011 American Theatre Hall of Fame inductee. Alyxandra Beatris Brown is mostly known as Tyne Daly and Georg Stanford Brown’s daughter. While pregnant with her daughter and the bump became more noticeable, the actress refused to hide it while shooting movie scenes making the director script her character, Mary Beth, to also be pregnant.

In a scene where she had to sip beer with her onscreen husband, the actress later revealed she received about 800 letters from people who thought she was putting her baby at risk. She also explained that it was Fake beer and she was cautious at the time and would not have taken an actual beer for fear of losing her child. She, however, found the complaints “heartwarming” because it was proof her fans really cared.

Alyxandra was born on October 1, 1985, in Cedar-Sinai Medical Center, United States of America. With a weight of 8 pounds 13 ounces, Alyxandra was a healthy baby, although Tyne was three weeks overdue. As of 2024, she is 37 years old.

The actress has refused to acknowledge that the word “interracial” can be used to qualify her marriage and has in the past referred to their marriage as a “pigeonhole.” Describing her marriage to Brown, the actress said: “I have a good and interesting marriage that has gone on for quite some time and he’s an interesting fellow and we have some fascinating young children . . .”

They were married for 24 years, from 1966 to 1990. Alyxandra Beatris Brown was only five years old when the couple decided to call their marriage a quit. According to reports, the former couple had to make arrangements for the custody of Alyxandra as they shared child support. The New York Post revealed that the couple’s 24-year-old marriage ended due to irreconcilable differences.
