
The black stars of Ghana are in a comfortable lead as they get an Excellent Group Pairing For The 2022 AFCON Tournament to take place in Cameroon in January-February 2022.
The 2022 AFCON draw has been finalized and whiles some African countries have found themselves in some tough and dangerous teams, who may either give them a very tough competition or get them out of the tournament at an early stage.
The black stars of Ghana are walking about with smiles on their faces as they found themselves placed in Group C together with Gabon, Sudan, and Comoros.
Comoros happens to be one African country that has never participated in the tournament since its inception. Their participation in next year’s continental tournament makes it a great opportunity for them to show the whole of Africa what they have got, the kind of talent and piece of play they are made of. Since they have been able to qualify in the first place make them a force to reckon.
Group C also has Sudan. Sudan is one country that has met Ghana in the AFCON qualifiers on two different occasions.

The results of the two encounters between Ghana and Sudan clearly show Ghana has a high possibility of defeating the Sudanese national team.
Gabon is that one African country in the group that might cause a little problem for the Black Stars.
Their star player Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been in great shape lately and since the AFCON qualifiers began.
This places the Gabonese team in a very good position to give Ghana’s Black Stars a very competitive game in the upcoming tournament.
Looking at the current form of all three African teams competing with Ghana, there is a high possibility Ghana will have an easy breakthrough out of their group table.
