THE NATIONAL SPORTS AUTHORITY DISINFECTS 12 LEAGUE CENTRES AHEAD OF GPL SECOND ROUND.

The National Sports Authority (NSA) has currently disinfected 12 Ghana Premier league (GPL) match venues.

The disinfection happens ahead of the start of the second round of the GPL on 2 April 2021, Friday.

The Tebel Company limited undertook the exercise from Tuesday, March 30 and is expected to finish on Thursday, April 1.

Among the government’s efforts to curtail the spread of the global pandemic, COVID-19, a total number of 14 league centers are expected to be disinfected.

However, the final disinfection exercise is expected to happen at the Accra Sports Stadium and the Cape Coast Sports Stadium today, April 1 to pave way for the league to resume.
