Watch Video- “I haven’t stated that NPP has a majority in Parliament” -Speaker Alban Bagbin Clarifies

News circulating earlier suggested that the Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin declared the NPP majority in Parliament.

However, during the proceedings in Parliament, the speaker was called upon to clarify the statement he made earlier about the MP for Fomena, Andrew Asiamah, joining the NPP side in Parliament.

According to the speaker Alban Bagbin, he hasn’t stated that the New Patriotic Party have a majority in Parliament.

He further stated that time will tell who will eventually be the majority in Parliament since some constituency seats are being contested in Parliament.
