Who Is Mick Fleetwood’s Wife?

Mick Fleetwood is a popular British musician, songwriter, and actor who has made a name for himself as the drummer, co-founder, and leader of the rock band Fleetwood Mac and as a solo artist. He has co-written or written some of the songs on Fleetwood Mac’s albums. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Fleetwood Mac.

Mick Fleetwood has also acted in some films and television series. He is currently not married but he has been married four times to three women and has four children. He was married to Jenny Boyd, Sara Recor, and Lynn Frankel. At the moment, it is unknown if he is seeing someone or not. Here’s everything about his marriages.

Mick Fleetwood Married Jenny Boyd Twice

Mick Fleetwood’s first marriage was to Helen Mary “Jenny” Boyd, a former model, rock muse, author, and clinical manager. Mick and Jenny met at the time they were teenagers. The duo started dating. They were in an on-and-off relationship. They got married for the first time in June 1970 and had two daughters, Lucy Fleetwood and Amy Fleetwood. They divorced in 1976.

Mick Fleetwood and Jenny Boyd got together again and remarried. Mick had an affair with Stevie Nicks while he was married to Jenny. Stevie has shared that her affair with Mick would have never happened. “Mick and I would never have had an affair had we not had a party and all been completely drunk and messed up and coked out, and, you know, ended up being the last two people at the party.”

“So guess what? It’s not hard to figure out what happened – and what happened wasn’t a good thing. It was doomed. It was a doomed thing, caused a lot of pain for everybody, led to nothing.” Jenny opened up about her relationship with Mick in her memoir, Jennifer Juniper: A Journey Beyond the Muse. Mick confessed his affair with Stevie to Jenny. “I’ve been having an affair with Stevie for the last few months,” he said. “Since we were in Australia.’’

“At first I didn’t understand what he’d said,” Jenny revealed. “It took some seconds for it to sink in. I stared at him in silence, feeling as though I’d been kicked in the stomach; my mind and heart in complete turmoil as I struggled to make sense of his words.” Jenny disclosed that Mick had told her, “I can’t make up my mind if I want to be with you or her.” Mick and Jenny ended their second marriage in 1978.

Mick and Jenny remained friends after the divorce. “At times, once the shock had subsided,” Jenny shares, “Mick and I would chat about his falling for Stevie as if we were old friends. ‘Oh well,’ he said one day, as we were walking towards my house, ‘she wrote some good songs because of it all.’ We looked at each other and laughed.”

Mick Fleetwood Married Sara Recor

Mick Fleetwood married Sara Recor in the year 1988. Sara was a friend of Stevie Nicks who had an affair with Mick. Stevie said: “Well, here’s a big one for ya. I had started to see Mick Fleetwood romantically. I had a very dear friend whose name was Sara [Recor] who just went after Mick. And they fell in love, and the next thing, Sara’s husband is calling me to say ‘Sara moved in with Mick this morning.”

“And I just thought you might wanna know.’ That was three months into a 13-month album. So I lost Mick, which honestly wasn’t that big of a deal because that was a rocky relationship. But losing my friend Sara? That was a huge blow. Sara was banished from the studio by the rest of the band … No one was speaking, and I wouldn’t even look directly at Mick.” Mick and Sara divorced in 1995.

Lynn Frankel Is Mick Fleetwood’s Third Wife

Lynn Frankel became the third woman Mick Fleetwood married. They were married on July 26, 1995, and had twin daughters Tessa Fleetwood and Ruby Fleetwood who were born in 2002. Mick filed for legal separation from Lynn in 2013, citing irreconcilable differences. He requested joint legal custody of their children but wants Lynn to have primary physical custody.

Mick also asked for sole control of music royalties and all other earnings before the marriage. The divorce documents state that child and spousal support arrangements have been made however, there are no details on the amount or who will get custody of the couple’s daughters. Lynn and Mick’s divorce was finalized on November 20, 2015.
