In an episode of Who Do You Think You Are?,  Law & Order actress made some shocking discovery about her roots when discovered she had a German ancestor who served in George Washington’s army during the American Revolutionary War. The actress also got to know that her ancestor later acquired land in Mercer County, Kentucky. The land is still owned by a distant branch of her family.

Lawrence Paul Harmon’s daughter, Angie began acting in 1995 after being discovered on a plane by David Hasselhoff. She then had a leading role in Baywatch Nights and the short-lived C-16: FBI. She also appeared in the 1998 film, Lawn Dogs, which received only a limited theatrical release.

In the late 1990s, the actress became better known when she joined the NBC series Law & Order where she played ADA Abbie Carmichael from 1998 to 2001. During this time, she also worked on other projects including voicing Barbara Gordon in the animated film Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, succeeding Stockard Channing in that role.

Lawrence Paul Harmon is a grandfather, his famous daughter has given birth to three children, Emery Hope Sehorn, Avery Grace Sehorn, and Finley Faith Sehorn. Angie was married to former NFL player Jason Sehorn. Angie’s husband was a cornerback in the National Football League for the New York Giants from 1994 to 2002 and St. Louis Rams in 2003. The couple got married in  2001 and called it a quit in 2016.
