Katya Nelhams-Wright’s father Adam Faith died on 8 March 2003, at age 62, in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England. He was killed by a heart attack at North Staffordshire Hospital. He suffered a heart attack at a hotel in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, where he was staying while starring at a nearby theatre, per the Guardian.

In 1986, Adam Faith had open heart surgery. Before Adam passed away, on 7 March 2003, he was ill after his evening stage performance in the touring production of Love and Marriage at Stoke-on-Trent. He died the next morning.
