According to the petition, Felicia believes she and her husband will reach a written agreement on custody and support of their three children and the division of their estate. Felicia and Warren’s marriage ended on April 24, 2002, after 20 years of marriage. After her divorce from Warren Moon, Felicia got involved with James Thomas.

Felicia reportedly worked as a freelance writer and has set up an organization to fight spousal abuse. Felicia is said to have opened a Christian bookstore in 2002. Warren Moon has been married to Mandy Ritter since 2005.
