Willie Beir gained much of her fame from being the wife of Max Gail. The couple got married in 1983. They married in a beautiful ceremony in the presence of their friends, family, and loved ones. A year after their marriage the couple gave birth to their beautiful daughter India Gail in 1984. As expected, the couple blissfully celebrated their blessings.
The two were so much in love and have been seen at various events all loved up and happy. The two were photographed together while attending the wrap party for ‘Barney Miller’ on April 26 1982 at Chasen’s Restaurant in Beverly Hills California.
Their happiness didn’t last long, after three years into their marriage, Willie Bier died of cancer in 1986. leaving behind her husband and two years old daughter India. After Willie’s death, Max Gail’s role in the family became doubled as he stood as the caring mother for their daughter, and at the same time, as the strong father who will never leave her daughter behind.
One can say that their marriage is indeed a realistic representation of the marital vows that couples exchange during weddings, “Till death do us part.” The experience broke the heart of Max Gail but it also inspired him to be the narrator of the alternative medicine film documentary Hoxsey: When Healing Becomes a Crime (1988).

Max Gail married again
Afterward, his years of mourning were covered with another story of love when he met his second wife. After the death of Willie Beir, Max Gail married again. He got married to his second wife, Nan Harris in 1989, three years after Beir’s passing. The couple had two children, Maxwell and Grace in addition to his first daughter India Gail. Max and his second wife Nan separated amicably in 2000. The reason behind their separation was not made public.
Max again has been in a relationship with Chris Kaul since 2007. Gail’s daughter Grace Gail, who later became a model, married actor Adam Rodriguez in 2016. They have three children, including son Bridgemont Bernard Rodriguez who was born on March 16, 2020.
