Victoria Diane Brown is the daughter of Sharon Mae Disney. Victoria’s mother Sharon was elected to the board of directors of The Walt Disney Company. She was adopted by Sharon (who herself was adopted) and her first husband, Robert. Details of Victoria’s biological parents are unknown.

Victoria Diane Brown is the granddaughter of Sharon’s adopted parents Walter Elias Disney (December 5, 1901 – December 15, 1966) and his beloved wife Lillian Marie Disney (née Bounds; February 15, 1899 – December 16, 1997). Victoria’s grandfather Walt Disney was a pioneer of the American animation industry. He introduced several developments in the production of cartoons. Sharon and William gave birth to two children, twins, Brad Lund and Michelle Lund (Victoria’s half-siblings). Sharon briefly worked as a model and actress. She had a small role in the 1957 film Johnny Tremain. Unfortunately, Victoria’s mother Sharon died on February 16, 1993, from cancer.

Victoria Diane Brown reportedly had a ‘disheveled existence’. The Hollywood Reporter says ‘her hands blackened from heroin use’. She would charter planes and splurge on $5,000-a-night suites at the Royal Palms apartment homes in Las Vegas. There was a time she went on a Disney cruise ship and spectacularly destroyed her suite.

Eisner, then-CEO of the company, had to call the trustees and make them pay for the damages. The family staged numerous interventions, to no avail. At the time Victoria hit the age of 35, the trustees signed off on her birthday distributions of $20 million. She died in 2002.

Victoria’s share of the family fortune was added to Brad’s and Michelle’s. (Per the terms of the trust, any non-disbursed money gets bequeathed to the children, siblings, or charity.) Sherry later would testify about Victoria’s sad tale to question the competence of the trustees.

Victoria Diane Brown, daughter of Sharon Mae Disney is no longer alive. She passed away on 12 September 2002, at age 36, in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles County, California, USA. She died from health complications. According to findagrave, ‘her trust continues to give back through the Victoria Lund Foundation which donates to the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine’s Healthy Kids program at Arthur M. Hamilton Elementary School, the Boys and Girls Club of Phoenix and The Parkinson’s Disease Foundation.’
