Before getting married to Vinnie Jones, Tanya Jones had a heart transplant after she gave birth to Kaley Terry. Vinnie said, “Tanya’s heart collapsed when she gave birth to Kaley, and she had to have an emergency heart transplant.” However, Vinnie told Tanya’s father he wanted to marry his daughter after they were together for two years.

Vinnie Jones’ wife Tanya Jones died of cancer, on 6 July 2019, at age 53, in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, USA. She was diagnosed with skin cancer which spread to her brain by 2018. She died after a six-year battle with skin cancer, per The Sun. Her husband Vinnie was at her bedside at the time she died. A statement was released from Vinnie Jones’ management.
“At 8.46 am local time in Los Angeles on Saturday July 6, Vinnie Jones’s wife, Tanya Jones, passed away after a long illness,” the statement read. “Tanya passed peacefully at the Jones family home surrounded by Vinnie, their daughter and other family members. Vinnie and the family ask for privacy while they go through an understandable period of mourning during this devastating time.”
After Tanya Jones passed away, her husband Vinnie Jones reportedly received £150,000, although Tanya made no will, per Dail Mail. Meanwhile, Vinnie has mentioned that he does not plan to remarry. He spoke about his wife’s death during an appearance on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories in 2020 and said that he has no intention of getting married again.
“I think that’s an impossible question to answer but if you asked me if I would get married again that would be an impossibility, she wouldn’t want that,” Vinnie Jones said. “There won’t be another marriage Piers I can tell you that. It was the perfect one and done for me.” Tanya was buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles County, California, USA.
