Ghanaian singer Deborah Owusu-Bonsu popularly known as Sister Derby has also shared her views on ‘LGBTIQ’, that has currently turned into an issue for debate.
The Ghanaian model, Sister Derby has contributed to the rising debate on the topic ‘LGBTIQ’.
There has been news making waves that an LGBTIQ group in Ghana has established an office for its members in Accra.
This has caused a lot of individuals commenting on the issue.
Ghanaian media personality Nana Aba Anamoah also shared her view on the issue.
Nana Aba Anamoah’s comments has generated a lot of individuals suggesting that she is in support of the LGBTIQ group’s actions and activities on the basis of Human Rights .
During vetting, Sara Adwoa Sarfowaa, the new minister for the Gender Ministry mentioned that, the LGBTIQ group’s action is illegal in Ghana under the laws of the country and even our traditional core values.
Sara Adwoa Sarfowaa, stated this when she was questioned on her opinion when it comes to the LGBTIQ group pushing for legalization in Ghana.
However, Sister Deborah thinks the LGBTIQ group also has their rights to love who ever they want and so people should stop hating on them.
