Mona Harvey is the daughter of Eloise Harvey, a Sunday school teacher, and Jesse Harvey, a coal miner. She is also called Ramona Harvey. Mona Harvey’s parents Eloise Harvey and Jesse Harvey are no longer counted among the living. Her mother Eloise Harvey died on 8 October 1997, at age 82, in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, USA. She died of a stroke after battling it for months. She was buried at Lake View Cemetery, in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, USA.
