Jake Pentland, Roseanne Barr’s eldest son defended his mother from charges she is racist. The son of the actress posted two videos to his Instagram account in 2018 – two days after his mother’s highly-rated ABC sitcom, Roseanne, was canceled after she posted tweets about a former Obama aide. Jake Pentland said Disney was wrong to cancel the show because it’s been ‘proven that mom had no idea that Valerie [Jarrett] was African American’ per dailymail.
