She was a student at the Las Vegas Academy of Performing Arts. She has a twin sister called Orish Grinstead. She is known for 702 an American girl group. The group was named 702 after the area code of their hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada.

The final and most known lineup of the group included Kameelah Williams and sisters Irish and LeMisha Grinstead. The group was originally a quartet featuring the Grinstead sisters, which included identical twins Irish and Orish, their older sister LeMisha (born June 10, 1978), and their cousin Amelia Cruz whom they debuted as featured artists on Subway’s hit single “This Lil’ Game We Play”.
