Efia Odo Finally speaks On Why She Didn’t Join #FixTheCountry Demo

Actress/model, Andrea Owusu known as Efia Odo after some time of silence has finally spoken on the #FixTheCountry demo.

Efia Odo was not seen during the #FixTheCountry demo.Many were wondering where she was because she was among the celebrities that seriously advocated for the country to be fixed.

Efia Odo was also one of the organizers of the #FixTheCountry demonstration.The actress didn’t join the other demonstrators on the day of the demonstration.

Efia Odo took to the bird app,twitter to write ,

“Fix the country means holding citizens accountable for their mishaps. The laws will work only if it is enabled. If I or any citizen commits a crime we should be held accountable, Stop taking bribes!”

One twitter user, using the name @MdoTeLegend reacted to Efia Odo’s post by writing,

“You didn’t go for the fix the country demo ?”

However,in a post on twitter,Efia Odo disclosed that it was her mother’s advice not to take part in the demo.

She mentioned that her mother told her that Ghana was not dying for.
Efia Odo said her mother begged and cried for her not to attend the demonstration.

She wrote,

“My life was threatened on numerous occasions and my mother begged and cried for me to not go. She told me Ghana was not worth dying for but I can in my own way make a change”.
