500 Cedis Prepaid Finished In 10days- Efia Odo Cries

Ghanaian actress Andrea Owusu popularly known as Efia Odo has complained about the current electricity charges.

The social media influencer,Efia Odo has expressed her dissatisfaction with her electricity charges .

Efia Odo among other celebrities have been mounting pressure on the President ,Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo and his government to do more to improve the lives of Ghanaians.

GRIDCo (Ghana Grid Company Limited) and the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has recently been embarking on an exercise of changing electricity meters around the country.

The exercise was halted after customers were experiencing problems with the new prepaid meters and the recharge cards they use in servicing their meters.

Efia Odo has also complained about her new meter . She disclosed that she is feeling uncomfortable Using the newly deployed prepaid meters by the Electricity Company of Ghana.

According to the celebrity,the meter consumes a lot of electricity or credit after it has been recharged.

Efia Odo took to her twitter account to make this known.

She said she bought 500 Ghana Cedis worth of electricity credits and it lasted for only 10 days.

She wrote ,
500 cedis prepaid finished in 10days. This new meter is something else, smh!
