How did Micky Dolenz and his wife Donna meet?
According to nypost, Quinter is a lifelong Monkees fan who’d wanted to marry a member of the made-for-TV Beatles’ knockoff since she was a little girl. In 1991, radio personality Jim Kerr reportedly helped set the pair up on a blind date while Dolenz was performing in Atlantic City. Micky Dolenz proposed to Donna in the weeks after 9/11, and they tied the knot the next year at Calabasas, California, United States. She went to live with him in Bell Canyon, California an exclusive gated community outside Los Angeles after they married.
Micky was previously married to Trina Dolenz, they got married in 1977 and called their marriage quit in 1991 after 14 years. Before Trina, Micky was married to Samantha Justes a BBC TV’s pop music show Top of the Pops Co-presenter.

Donna Quinter pleaded guilty in a $137,000 fraud
According to NBCnews, the wife of the Monkees vocalist Micky Dolenz pleaded guilty Friday to charges that she defrauded a public housing program in New York City. according to the reports, authorities in the city’s Department of Investigation said Donna Quinter, 54, illegally received $136,866 in government rental subsidies for an apartment on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
Donna Quinter had been collecting $2,800 a month from the Department of Housing for her apartment, but had a roommate paying rent. Quinter was living with Dolenz at the time in California, reports Gothamist. She pleaded guilty to grand larceny and agreed to do five days of community service. Quinter was able to repay the entire amount and avoided serving any jail time.

According to NBCnews, the subsidies were supposed to go to middle-income families who were in danger of being forced out of a rent-regulated apartment building that was being converted into luxury condominiums. Her lawyer Bridget Rohde said she “cooperated through the process.”
