“We are so excited to welcome Callaway Lane to the world,” she said. “She was born on September 19, 2012, at 6:40 p.m. and weighs 7 lbs 8 oz!” Callaway’s parents got married in June 2015, in an outdoor ceremony surrounded by close friends and family. According to Inside Weddings, Callaway witnessed her parent’s “heartfelt proposal” at their home.

“Callaway handed me a box wrapped in a drawing she had made,” describes Chudney. “When I looked back up, Joshua was on his knee, asking me to be his wife.” The proposal was done on Chudney’s birthday and there were plans already in place to meet her family for dinner. Chudney said:
“The proposal was perfect! Joshua is a very low-key guy and so it was definitely his style to do it with just us [present], but I love to celebrate. So it was fun to get to celebrate after with my family”. Callaway’s parents decided to get married in Hawaii and Chudney shared why they picked Hawaii for their wedding ceremony.
“Our first big trip together was to Maui; I learned I was pregnant while on a trip with my mother to Oahu; and we had our babymoon on Kauai,” she reveals to Inside Weddings. She said, “It was difficult to find a property that was available during this time, so we were so happy to find that the Montage Kapalua Bay had availability”. Callaway escorted her mother down the aisle.
However, Callaway Lane is not her parent’s only child. She has one sibling: Everlee Ernestine Ross-Faulkner, born on Oct. 11, 2019. She is enjoying being a big sister to Everlee. Her mother once shared, “I could not be more proud of this #biggirl and how she’s settling in to being a #BigSister! Callaway is gentle and loving, independent, resilient and strong!”

“I think the hardest part for me has been missing out on my regular routine with Callaway (Reading, playing, school pick ups and drop offs and events), but we are settling in and little by little getting back into having that special time together. Even though I’ve been missing my big girl, I know my heart has doubled in size and the gift we’ve given her by becoming a big sister is the best gift of all!”
