In 2007, Adriana Durst’s father pled no contest to seven misdemeanor charges, including battery, assault, and reckless driving. According to court documents, Fred hit two Los Angeles residents with his car on October 25, 2006. He was given a 120-day suspended sentence, 20 hours of community service, and a $1,500 fine.
