Telenovelas Would Not Be Shown On Our Screens From 1st May 2021.

News reaching dicy trends has it that starting from 1 may, 2021,Telenovelas would not be showing on our screens.

A press statement signed by Sacrote Safo reveals that the National Film Authority would examine all contents before they are displayed on TV.

The Ghana National film Authority issued an announcement that, Telenovelas would not be shown on our screens from 1st May 2021.

However,television shows that doesn’t conform to the social-cultural, national aspirations and moral standards or does not portray the culture of Ghana would be rejected.

Such audiovisual content include feature films, short films, TV series, documentaries advertisements, music videos and some selected TV programs.
