If it is true that Sonya was born in 1961, then she will be celebrating her 62nd birthday in 2023.

Sonya Jackman was born to English parents who had moved to Australia in 1967 as part of the “Ten Pound Poms” immigration scheme. She is British by being born to UK-born parents. Sonya and Hugh Jackman Lost Their Father

Sonya Jackman’s father Christopher John Jackman has kicked the bucket. Christopher was a good man who had a great relationship with his children. The Jackman family lost a great man, father, grandfather, etc when Christopher John Jackman passed away. He took his last breath on September 5, 2021, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. He was living with Alzheimer’s for 12 years and his health had been deteriorating. He died on September 5, which marked Father’s Day in Australia. Hugh shared the sad news on social media.

Hugh Jackman posted a picture of Christopher and wrote: In the early hours of Father’s Day (AU), my Dad peacefully passed away. And whilst there is deep sadness, I am filled with such gratitude and love. My Dad was, in a word, extraordinary. He devoted his life to his family, his work and his faith. I pray he is now at peace with God.
