Sad: JHS Graduate kills Herself For Not Getting School

The Family and the residents of Kentikrono in the Asante Region have been thrown into a state of Shock and mourning as an 18 years old JHS graduate hangs her self this morning.

The girl who was identified as Afia, graduated from jhs recently who failed to get a placement in the ongoing computerized School placement by the Ghana education service.

According to the father of the deceased, he woke up around 3 Am to use the washroom when he saw his daughter hanging on the tree in their house. He called the wife and they rushed her to the KNUST hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival by the medical stuffs present.

He also said the daughter was happy and feeling okay, she didn’t show any sign of depression.

The matter has been reported to the Tech Police Station for further investigations.
