Residents Face Water Crisis In Kpone Kokompe.

Residents living in Kpone Kokompe have lamented over water problems within their vicinity.


Individuals living in Kpone Kokompe have expressed their deep concern about their inability to get water for their day to day activities.

A young man who supply water to the people living around has stated that, one of the challenges faced by the people of Kpone Kokompe is

The young man identified as Albert mentioned that ever since the president, Nana Addo revealed that there would be free water for Ghanaians because of the outbreak of Covid _19,getting access to water has been very difficult.
Albert said that, water is transported from places likeTema,Nungua,Lashibi among others to supply them with water.
He noted that they pay huge amount of money to receive the water which has caused them to also sell a gallon of water which is usually 50 perswas as 1 cedi or 2 cedis depending on the amount the tanker collects.

The mother of Albert also added that,there was a time the water that flow had a bad smell and was impure.

She suggested that she prefers that the government should avoid the free water and allow them to pay for the water.y
