Photo Of Shatta Smiling In Police Custody Hits Online

In a statement released by the Ghana Police,Shatta Wale has been arrested following a false news of him getting shot by gunmen.

Earlier the police noted that they launched an investigation into the issue.They announced that Shatta Wale was no where to be found.

The Ghana police service took to Twitter to announce his arrest.

In a statement on the Facebook page of the Ghana police service, they disclosed that Charles Nii Armah Mensah Populary Known as Shatta Wale has been arrested with two others in police custody.

Ahead of his arrest,Shatta announced that he will turn himself in to the police.

Photos of the dancehall singer has popped up on the internet as he smiles looking into the camera in police custody.
