Ghana’s active cases hits 7,509

According to updates from the Ghana Health Service, the countries active cases after recording 790 hits 7, 509.

The country’s death toll now stands at 505.

In all, the total number of confirmed cases are 74, 347 whiles the country has recorded 66, 333 clinical recoveries.

Accra leads the number of COVID-19 active cases with 3, 754 active cases while the Ashanti Region follows with 1, 353 active cases.

Ghana is currently racing with time to curb the spread of the disease following a surge in the number of cases countrywide.
