Geoffrey Edwards’ mother Patricia Walker, was an actress. She appeared in the comedy All Ashore (1953), for which his father was one of the screenwriters. His parents- Blake Edwards and Patricia Walker tied the knot in 1953 and his father went on to name one of his film production companies, Patricia Productions, Incorporated, after his mother. After 14 years together, they called their marriage a quit and went their separate ways in 1967.
Blake Edwards meet and married iconic actress Julie Andrews from 1969 until his death in 2010 of complications of pneumonia and she became Geoffrey’s stepmother. She became step-sibling with Emma Walton Hamilton, from Andrews’s previous marriage.
