Dr Bawumia Donates GHS 50, 000 To Psalm Adjeteyfio

The Vice President, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, has donated GHS 50, 000 to veteran actor Psalm Adjeteyfio.

Psalm Adjeteyfio had pleaded with the public to assist him in paying his GHS 30, 000 rent.
Mr Adjeteyfio in a recent interview made the request of GHS 3, 000 to renew his house rent.

News flooding social media reveals that Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has made a donation to the actor, Psalm Adjeteyfio.

An amount of GHS 50, 000 has been given to the actor for his rent.

According to a report on social media, GHS 20, 000 of the money donated by the Vice President will be for his upkeep.

Krobea Kwabena Asante in a post announced the news.

He wrote: “Despite mourning his mum who died in the early hours of today. Dr. Bawumia this morning fulfilled a promise he made yesterday to TT of Taxi Driver fame that he will foot TT’s rent bills. Dr Bawumia has paid 6 months renewable for the next 5 years (30k) for TT and has also given TT 20k for upkeep. In all, he gave TT 50k this morning.”
