Circuit Court Denies Rev. Owusu Bempah Bail,Following Court Appearance

Leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministries International, Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah, has been denied bail by a Circuit Court in Accra.

Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah was remanded to police custody and is expected to reappear on Monday, September 20, 2021.

Owusu Bempah was arraigned before the Accra Circuit Court on Monday following his arrest on Sunday, September 12, 2021.

He was charged with offensive conduct conducive to breach of peace, the threat of death, and assault of office public officers.
Some of his were reported to have attacked some police officers.

The court presided by Her Honour Afia Owusuwaa Appiah denied bail though he pleaded not guilty.

Afia Owusuaa Appiah,the Judge said that this will allow the police more time to carry out further investigation.
