Her mother is a jewelry designer, artist, and interior designer while her father is an artist and producer. She has an older sister Assisi Lola Jackson.

Amba’s parents used to be lovers but not anymore. Her mother Jade Jagger met her father Piers Jackson while studying for her A-levels at Cambridge Centre for Sixth-form Studies in the year 1988. They were reportedly classmate. Jade and Piers split their time between London and a house in Dorset when they were together.

Amba and Frankie reportedly lived in London. At age 16, Amba revealed that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with Frankie Legrange, who was 17 at the time. She and Frankie were studying in the same school. Amba said at the time: ‘I’m in love and we’ll be getting married.’ Per Daily Mail, Amba and Frankie met when they were children.

The two were in Mustique where Frankie’s father a banker has a villa, as does Amba’s grandfather. Amba Isis Jackson and Frankie Legrange reunited at Collingham Sixth Form College in West London, although Frankie was in the year above her. They moved in together closer to the school. Amba said Frankie met her mother several times.

It is unknown if Amba and Frankie are still together or not. Whether they got married or not is also not known. Amba is said to have welcomed a son in October 2019. She revealed that her son almost died when she went into labor 26 weeks into her pregnancy. Her son River who was born premature, had to be delivered via an emergency caesarean section.

Amba said she had wanted to give birth to her son at home with “a spiritual midwife”. She said: “My waters went at 26 weeks into my pregnancy. I was told there was an 80 per cent chance I would go into labour within 24 hours.” She added: “We got lucky. After four weeks of careful observation and hospital check-ups, [River] decided to make his appearance by emergency C-section.”

Amba Isis Jackson also said: ‘This was a life-changing experience for us both and I have the NHS neonatal unit to thank for letting us live.” By the time River was three months old, he was “healthy, happy and very fat.” Meanwhile, the name of the father of Amba’s baby is unknown.
