Alvaro Maurizio Domingo is a producer and he has produced and served as a camera operator for short films including the award-winning To Fall in Exile, directed by Salvador Carrasco. His first film production work was in 1984, as a production assistant and translator to producer Patrice Ledoux.
Alvaro Maurizio Domingo and Salvador Carrasco became co-founders of Carrasco & Domingo Films, a film production company based in Mexico City and now also in Los Angeles. Alvaro served as a producer for “The Other Conquest” (Otra Conquista, La (1998).
Released in Mexico by 20th Century Fox, “The Other Conquest” became the highest-grossing Mexican dramatic film ever at the time of its release.
