Ági Barsi was the half-sister of Judith Barsi. Ági Barsi’s sister Judith was an American child actress. She began her career in television, making appearances in commercials and television series, as well as the 1987 film Jaws: The Revenge. She and their mother, Maria, were both killed in July 1988 in a double murder–suicide committed in their home by her father, József Barsi.

She shared how she first got to know she has cancer. She revealed -“On July 9, 1997, a phone call changed my life. “I’m sorry, Agi, you have breast cancer,” said the radiologist. My emotions ran wild. First, there was disbelief, then anger, and finally sadness.”
After she learned that the prognosis was poor for this type of breast cancer, Agi knew she had to try an approach other than traditional methods. She learned about the “Incurables Program.” And also she drew inspiration from a young woman’s healing story who in her 20’s was diagnosed with breast cancer. The lady chose the “Incurables Program” and within a few months was healed.

Ági Barsi also shared how she went on with the program despite her doctor’s advice. “Her answer to my decision to treat myself was, “I think it’s stupid.” My radiologist and surgeon both couldn’t believe my decision. For the next week they kept calling me trying to convince me to change my mind. I wouldn’t change my mind and asked them to stop calling me.“
Agi revealed that before her cancer, she knew nothing about natural health and healing. However, with the support of her husband Bill, she eliminating meat, dairy, and sugar from her diet. She started eating more fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, and seeds.
According to the story she shared with vegparadise, she eliminated cancer within six months of the diagnosis. However, according to her Lagacy profile Ági Barsi died on December 2, 2008, after a valiant battle with cancer. She is survived by her mother, Klara, husband, Bill, stepchildren, brother-in-law, and family, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Ági Barsi’s sister was murdered by their father
As her sister’s career success increased, their father József, an alcoholic, became increasingly angry and would routinely threaten to kill himself, his wife, Maria, and Judith. On July 28, 1988, the Los Angeles Times reported that three people were found dead in an apparent murder–suicide and that the bodies were believed to be those of Barsi, her mother Maria, and her father József.

Police Lt. Warren Knowles said a flammable liquid, likely gasoline, had been poured on the bodies of Maria and Judith by József. József’s body was found in the garage, dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Ági Barsi’s brother, Barna Barsi, Son of Jozsef (Joseph) and Klara Barsi, also became a chronic alcoholic and died by drowning, when he fell off a bridge in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1995.
